From your Club Dashboard, click View Event on the event where the dog is entered.
2. Click the gear icon to open the Manage Event page.
3. Go to the Registrants tab. Use the filters to find the show, test, or trial where the dog is registered.
4. On the right-hand side, click the 3-dot menu and select Remove Dog.
Note: If the dog is entered in more than one show, test, or trial, you will need to repeat this step for each one.
If you only want to remove the dog from certain classes (instead of the entire entry), choose Edit Registration and adjust the selected classes.
5. Once confirmed, you’ll see a success message.
6. If a refund is required:
• Go to the Transactions tab.
• Filter by the owner’s name or email, then select Refund Transaction.
7. In the Refund popup, choose Full Refund, or select No and enter a custom amount to refund.
8. To check refund status, go to Balances & Payouts from the left-hand menu, then open the Refunds tab.
