We’ve made some important improvements to dog profiles to better support event registrations across different sanctioning clubs like AKC, UKC, ABI, and others.

To ensure your dog’s information is accurate for each organization, profiles now include club-specific settings. As part of this update, you’ll need to review and update your existing dog profiles before your next registration.

This helps ensure your dog is entered correctly based on the rules and requirements of each club.

Don’t worry — it’s quick and only needs to be done once per dog!

  1. Start a new registration

When you begin the registration process, you’ll see a warning message at the first step if any of your dogs need profile updates.

Look for the warning icon next to each dog that requires attention, then click Edit Dog.

  2. Go to the “Club Specific Information” tab

On the dog profile screen, select the Club Specific Information tab. Here you’ll see a list of all supported sanctioning clubs (e.g., AKC, UKC, ABI).

    a. Check the box next to each club you’d like to associate with your dog.

    b. Once selected, scroll down to fill in the required information for each club

  3. Save your changes

After entering the club-specific info, continue through the dog profile steps and click Finish to save your updates.

  4. ✅ You’re all set!

You’ll now be returned to your registration and can continue without issues.
