1. Log in to your club account and navigate to the event you want to manage by clicking View Event.
2. Scroll down to the Schedule section.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to the specific show or trial you want to update, then select Manage Show.
4. Go to the Waitlist tab.
Use the dropdown menu to choose the type of waitlist you’d like to enable:
Fixed Entry Limit (Default)
Keeps the per-show/trial entry cap at 500 (or your chosen number).
Judge’s Daily Time Limit
If you’d rather control entries based on judging hours, select Daily Judge Limit.
The system will default to 480 minutes (8 hours).
You can override this by entering a new time limit and clicking Save.
Class or Element Entry Limit
This advanced option allows you to set specific entry caps at the class or element level. It’s less commonly used but offers finer control when needed.
