We get a lot of questions about the best way to create junior accounts on Eager Dog, so here’s a quick guide.

Currently, each junior must have their own account in the system.

However, we understand that most juniors don’t have email addresses—and parents often want to manage the registrations and communications on their behalf.

✅ Here’s a simple solution:

You can use something called an email alias to create a separate account that still sends emails to the parent’s inbox.

How it works:

Just add a + and a word before the @ in your email address.

For example:

If the parent’s email is [email protected], you can use:

👉 [email protected] when creating the junior account.

All emails and notifications sent to [email protected] will still go to the [email protected] inbox.

This allows you to manage multiple accounts under one email while keeping everything organized.
