Awarding points to your volunteers

You can award points to your club’s volunteers (or members/admins) as a thank-you for their help. These points work like a discount and can be redeemed at checkout when entering events.

To award points, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Eager Dog account with admin access to your club.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Contacts, then select Points.

  3. Click the Award Points button.

  4. Start typing the email address of the person you’d like to award points to.

⚠️ Note: The user must already be a Volunteer, Member, or Admin of your club.

5. When their account appears, select it.

6. Enter the number of points you wish to award. 1000 Points = $1

7. Optionally, add a description to track what the points are being awarded for

8. That's it, the user will now see the new points in their wallet
