Need to let volunteers sign up online even after entries have closed? You can enable this in just a few clicks:
1. Go to the Contacts tab in your club dashboard.
2. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
3. Toggle “Allow volunteers to enter shows/trials after the closing date” to ON.
That’s it! Volunteers will now be able to sign up online, even after your entry deadline has passed.
